However, everything also has a downside - such an evolution, among other things, made them highly fragile, which required special care in operation. One way or another, damage to the screen occurs that is incompatible with further comfortable viewing of films and programs, and sometimes completely makes it impossible. Therefore, consumers are asking the question: is it possible to repair LCD screens and does it make sense?

What is a plasma TV screen made of?

In order to understand the nature of the damage, it is necessary to have an understanding of the design of the screen or matrix. Over its entire surface there are tiny liquid crystals placed between two thin glasses. They react to the supplied electrical signals and, depending on them, transmit one color or another, collectively creating an overall image. Each of them is controlled by a special driver located on a flexible cable mounted in the glass.

Most high-quality repair services will honestly tell you that it is more profitable to buy a new one than to spend money first on purchasing an almost equivalent matrix, and then invest additionally in replacement work (and if it is not possible to call a specialist to your home, you will also have to spend money on careful transportation ).
