Method 1.If pain occurs unexpectedly, and you have neither the strength nor the ability to sew the products, then you can use the simplest method. To do this, you need to take a regular cotton sock and fill it with salt. You don’t need to fill it completely, but so that there is 3 centimeters of free fabric left on top. Then you need to wrap it several times so that a fold of several layers is formed. Use a needle and thread to sew several times, making small stitches.

With a sleeve, everything is generally simpler. Tie one end of the sleeve into a knot, add salt, tie the other end into a knot. It is better to use thick fabric. If only there was the right amount of salt in the kitchen.

Method 2. Using cotton fabric, you can sew a pillow of any shape. To do this, you can take a pillowcase or some other old bed linen. Cut out two identical-sized pieces of the desired shape. Don't forget to allow seam allowances. Using a sewing machine, sew along the wrong side along the contour almost completely, leaving a small hole for pouring salt there.

Then turn it right out. Add salt and sew up the remaining hole by hand.

IMPORTANT! Also, as in the previous case, do not fill the pillow too tightly with salt. Otherwise, it will cause discomfort during its operation.

For example, migraines or neck pain will require a pillow sewn in the shape of a donut or crescent.By placing such a product under your neck, you can lie comfortably for a certain time.

If, for example, you suffer from pain in the lumbar region, then it is better to have a long roller that will be filled with salt. You can lie on this product without feeling any discomfort.

If you need a pad to get rid of menstrual pain, then it is better to make the products flat and square or rectangular in shape.

But if you suffer from pain due to arthritis or other joint diseases, then they, as a rule, are of a symmetrical nature. Therefore, you should make two identical pillows of suitable sizes. This will allow you to simultaneously warm up, for example, 2 elbows or 2 knee joints.
