  • working container - made of materials resistant to various chemicals;
  • pump - can be pump-action, gasoline, or powered by electricity;
  • pump chamber;
  • hermetically sealed lid;
  • safety valve - designed to relieve excess pressure;
  • flexible hose - the finished solution is supplied through it;
  • a lever with which to regulate the supply of the drug;
  • a rigid rod of the required length on which the nozzles are fixed.

How to assemble a pneumatic device

The assembly procedure looks like this:

  • the fire hose is being assembled;
  • a telescopic rod and hose are connected to opposite sides of the handle;
  • the sampling tube is inserted into the hole on the tank - its length is adjusted if necessary;
  • the hose nut is manually screwed onto the thread to the limit;
  • after connecting the fire nozzle to the tank, the belt is fixed on the hinges of the latter using the buckle axis;
  • the operation of the safety valve is checked - you need to lift it up several times, if the element moves freely, then everything is in order;
  • The container of the equipment is filled with the necessary contents - to do this, take the pump by the handle and turn away.

When pouring the solution, you need to remember that its volume should always be 1 liter less than the capacity of the tank. To ensure tightness when connecting the tank to the pump, the latter is wrapped and tightened to the limit.

Assembling a hydraulic sprayer

The process also begins with assembling and connecting the fire hose.

To work with your right hand, you need to install a shaft in the tray hole and put a washer on it. Insert a cotter pin into the shaft hole - it is fixed by securing the shaft to the pallet. A washer is placed on the connecting rod placed in the hole of the pump assembly. The connecting rod itself is secured with a cotter pin. Next, the lever is fixed - both on the shaft and on the connecting rod. Washers and cotter pins are installed. The belt is assembled and connected to sprayer. To operate with the left hand, the device is assembled in the same way, but the pump and filling units of the device are swapped.
