The homemade process looks like this:

  • a part of the required size is sawn off - 25 cm;
  • take a wood saw, which is no longer needed, and use an angle grinder to make a cut towards the teeth, maintaining an angle of 45 degrees;
  • then three holes are drilled for fixation - there should be the same distance between them;
  • the same number of holes need to be made in the metal corner with shelves;
  • the holder is fixed - for this, take a metal pipe with thick walls with a circumference of 2.5–3 cm and a length of 25–30 cm;

    Metal pipe.

  • Taking a hammer, hammer one side 5 cm;
  • The angle can be firmly established if you drill two holes;
  • we get a finished canvas with teeth, now we fix the cutting - you can choose any tree for it;

    Cutting.

  • Using sandpaper or a sharp knife, cut the stalk from one edge and insert it into the pipe;
  • to secure the handle tightly, a nail is driven into both the metal and wooden parts;
  • Now you should remove the teeth, because they are not needed in this tool - take a grinder and level the surface of the hoe.

Some people prefer to leave the teeth: it is believed that with them the homemade product will cope better with wet soil.
