For areas with a large number of old trees, you will have to buy a strong device that can handle branches up to 55 mm thick.

The following parameters are important:

1. Weight. Give preference to models that are made of light alloy materials. For a large amount of work, you need to hold it with outstretched arms for a long time and this should not cause inconvenience.
2. Knife lock. A special latch that ensures human safety when carrying and storing the tool.
3. Telescopic handle. Not available in every model, but very convenient when you need to trim at different heights.

While in the store, look around at the models and try on the ones you like. Try to perform simple actions - movements that imitate pruning a tree or bush. The operation of the tool should be smooth, without significant subsidence. The main thing is convenience and lack of operator fatigue.
