  3. Do not forget that treating the carpet with hot water or cleaning against lint can have a negative effect on the carpet.
  4. If the dirt is very dry, then you can get rid of its particles with the blunt side of a knife blade, so it will not be smeared during cleaning.

How to remove a fresh blood or wine stain

The easiest way to get rid of a fresh stain is:

  • First, the dirt must be blotted with a clean cloth to remove excess liquid;
  • make a composition of 1 tbsp.ammonia and half a glass of cool water. Treat the stain;
  • Use a napkin or a clean rag to remove the ammonia solution from the surface using tangential movements. Try not to rub the contaminated area;
  • Treat the dirty area with a neutral detergent that does not contain bleach. You can use liquid soap or colorless dishwashing detergents. Gently scrub the dirty area with a brush. Wipe the stain with a damp cloth soaked in clean water. Then remove excess moisture with a napkin;
  • if the contamination has not disappeared, you can use peroxide. Apply the product to the dirty area and leave for half an hour. Afterwards, rinse with warm (not hot!) water and remove excess moisture again with a napkin;

Wine or blood stains that are left behind and identified in a timely manner are quite easy to deal with, but what can you do if the stain has already become embedded in the carpet? This may seem like an overwhelming task, but it can still be done. There are several ways to do this, they are used taking into account the funds that are in the house.

For this you may need:

  1. Dish cleaner.
  2. Brush with hard bristles.
  3. Laundry soap made from bile.
  4. Clean warm water.
  5. Rags, napkins.

If you have dish cleaner on hand, you can use it as follows:

  • Use a brush to wipe the dirty area;
  • vacuum the stain;
  • pour a little detergent into a glass of warm water;
  • stir until foam forms;
  • blot the stain with the resulting composition;
  • scrub with a brush;
  • Remove any remaining dirt with a damp cloth.

Attention! Not all stubborn dirt is removed immediately. As a rule, you need to try again several times.

For the next method you will need laundry soap with the addition of bile. This product perfectly corrodes any dirt, in particular blood and wine. Instructions for use are as follows:

  • wet the contaminated area;
  • scrub thoroughly with soap;
  • give the product an hour to absorb;
  • brush thoroughly;
  • Remove any remaining dirt with a damp cloth;
  • remove any remaining moisture with a dry cloth;
  • vacuum.

A universal method for old and fresh stains can be a special product for removing stains from carpet. If an industrial composition is used, then you must definitely follow the recommendations of the manufacturer.
