If you have just caught fish, you need to cut it and clean it. To get rid of the specific smell of a river or lake, you can put lemon slices inside. The prepared fish is placed on a wire rack.

If you purchased 1 kg of salmon, then to prepare it you will need:

  • olive oil;
  • lemon juice;

You need to prepare:
