Why are Germans prohibited from spending the night at their dacha?
Our people simply love to spend time at their dacha. It’s understandable: clean air, silence, here are berries and vegetables, barbecue, starry, quiet nights and peace, which was so lacking in the middle of the work week.
But in Germany, the attitude towards the dacha in terms of psychological comfort is, albeit similar, but the Germans are extremely infringed on their rights, in the opinion of our compatriot. It turns out that Germans are forbidden to spend the night at their dachas.
The Germans, like the Russians, love to relax in their summer cottages, but in Germany there are many restrictions and prohibitions. How is their dacha different from ours and why is it forbidden to spend the night there, what is the reason for such a strange restriction?

German dacha
Kleingarten is what summer cottages are called in Germany. Translated, it sounds quite nice - a small garden. Any German can rent land by paying a certain amount once a year. But not every German can afford to own a dacha, since land here is a particularly expensive pleasure.
Summer residents prefer to plant fruit trees on their plots, grow herbs, garden crops, and some vegetables. The site itself is in most cases located within the city or within it, where urban development is prohibited.
Rules and prohibitions
German law dictates some restrictions and rules for staying on sites.
Any restrictions are specified in the rental agreement.
For example, you cannot use the services of hired workers, grow food for sale, add a second floor to the house, use noisy tools from 13:00 to 15:00 and after 19:00, install gas, play loud music, install a greenhouse and a stationary toilet, and also raise the floor of the house from ground level by more than 25 centimeters. Strange, right? Not a dacha, but some kind of prison!
When erecting a greenhouse, swimming pool or greenhouse on a summer cottage, the summer resident must approve these buildings.
But what is most surprising is that Germans are forbidden to spend the night at their dachas. What other news? After all, we are just used to spending maximum time at our dacha, enjoying peace and quiet. But in Germany things are not so simple.
It turns out that overnight stays are prohibited for security reasons. The fact is that fire alarms are not installed in the houses on the sites, and therefore a person may simply not notice a fire, which will lead to rather sad consequences.
By the way, if the violator is caught in the act (in his own bed or what?!), he will have to pay a rather impressive fine.
If a person breaks the law several times, he can be expelled from the gardening partnership forever - a special gardening commission is vigilant for this.
That's what they are, these Germans. With its own oddities, quirks, completely different thinking and attitude towards the dacha plot.
We still have a little time left: our tricksters have already ripped off some of them from the Germans. Long...close in action.
This is where our government is looking,
when he makes stupid laws.
Of course, “each Abram has his own program,” but this is incomprehensible to our people.
