American household appliances that would not hurt in Russia

American life, albeit slightly, still differs from the life of residents of the countries of the post-Soviet space. And this applies not only to cleaning habits or principles, but also to the equipment that is used daily by US residents.

Our compatriots could only see some of these devices in the movies, and although many of them have long appeared on the Russian market, few of us risk purchasing them for our homes. Meanwhile, they are quite convenient to use, they allow you to solve many situations, and also simplify life in some way.

Let's look at what the average American uses every day and think about how this item could help in our Russian apartment.

American Mistress

Refrigerator with built-in ice maker

In general, the main reason why such a unit is rarely found in our country is different taste habits. In America, they absolutely love chilled drinks (for example, lemonade) and even iced tea can be found at almost every feast.

And what else can I add, if, say, a large company is going to have a picnic - try to stock up on ice, having in your arsenal the ice mold that we are used to using here. It will take too much time, and it won’t be enough. It is for this reason that refrigerators with an ice maker are popular in the USA: they are connected directly to the water supply and the device itself produces the desired cubes. Or you can also find a model of the device that will make ice in the form of crumbs - for cocktails.

Built-in vacuum cleaner

Such a system helps save energy, speeds up and simplifies the cleaning process, and even makes the air cleaner - in fact, it has many advantages.

Such devices appeared more than 50 years ago in North America, where they quickly gained popularity among owners of spacious cottages. Today they are used in apartment buildings.

A built-in vacuum cleaner is a special type of household appliance that is installed directly in a building on a permanent basis. This is not a mobile device, but an entire vacuum system designed for cleaning dirt, debris, and dust in any building. The vacuum is mounted in the wall, and the power supply can be located in the basement, garage, pantry, or on the balcony. Inlet openings are also installed in the walls around the entire perimeter of the room, which are attached to hoses and other central vacuum cleaners.

The excellent advantages of installing such equipment are low noise levels, not a single speck of dust comes out of the bag into the room, and there is no need to clean waste collection containers.

Chopper

It is also called a disposer and our compatriots have also already noticed this cool thing. True, the shredder is not found as often as, for example, in American homes.

The device is mounted between the siphon and the drain. It helps prevent blockages in the pipe and thereby save a person from unnecessary effort when repairing or replacing plumbing parts. The disposer grinds literally all the waste (within reason, of course!), and the already crushed residues go further through the pipes without creating a blockage.

Dryer

When you lay out a drying rack in a small room to hang out the washed clothes, you immediately realize how great it would be to have a drying machine - a mobile option takes up so much space. But even despite this, dryers operating from the network have not become popular in the CIS countries. But in America, this is a fairly familiar and commonplace technique. At least, it is found in almost every private home.

By the way, in public laundries in the USA, as a rule, two devices are installed at once: both a washing machine and a dryer - for the convenience of residents.

Temperature control system

In America, the temperature in the house is regulated using a special device and system. They are designed for a specific microclimate, maintaining a given regime at a specific level. This is quite convenient, because being in the house becomes comfortable and pleasant.

Control system

Yes, all these devices are also found in Russia, but they are not so popular. However, over time, many of us are guided by the principles of home improvement in the American way, because this still contributes to the growth in demand for such equipment, which makes life much easier. Which of the above do you have? Or what would you like to have in your home?
