Secondly, focus your attention on their disinfection.
So, the surfaces that come into most contact with humans during the day:
- remote controls and telephones;

The main rule of cleaning: first we clean, then we disinfect.
- First, clean the surfaces to remove any dirt, dust or debris. To do this, just dilute shavings of ordinary laundry soap in warm water and use the solution as a detergent.
- Then apply a disinfectant suitable for the surface.The fastest and easiest way to do this is using special wipes or a disinfectant that can be bought at a household chemical store or pharmacy.
Before using any disinfectant, make sure it is intended for the specific surface. So, for plastic and glass, choose biodegradable compounds. For more durable surfaces you can use alcohol, vinegar, chlorhexidine, hydrogen peroxide.
How can you disinfect surfaces?
- You can wash the floor using available products. Hydrogen peroxide is suitable at the rate of 1 glass per 10 liters of water. Don't forget about the baseboards. Of course, you don’t need to do nothing but polish linoleum or parquet all day. It is enough to devote just a little time to this. Once a day is quite enough.
- A very strong antiseptic is linseed oil. They can be used to treat wood.
- Ammonia is suitable for plumbing. It needs to be diluted at the rate of 1 tablespoon of ammonia per 1 liter of water.
- Chlorine can be used for plastic. But this absolutely does not apply to gadgets and computer accessories. Before use, it is very important to read the instructions and dilute the substance in the correct proportions.
- Dishes should be washed in the hottest water you can stand.
- To disinfect indoor air, you can use various essential oils. Conifers and citrus fruits, such as juniper, eucalyptus, and lemon, are considered the most effective.
Of course, we are not able to completely destroy all microbes and viruses that can enter our home, but reducing their number is quite possible. The main thing is to follow cleaning rules and wash your hands as often as possible.
