It’s quite possible to do without a toaster, a microwave, and sometimes even without a bread bin, but you can’t refuse to use a towel, because in the kitchen we are constantly washing something, wiping, drying our hands. Traditionally, it is customary to buy fabric products made from natural materials: cotton, linen. However, recently more and more people have begun to prefer paper options in rolls. No, this is not a whim or some kind of fashion. There are logical and quite common sense explanations for everything.

The most savvy chefs have come up with the idea of ​​blotting each liver layer, but what better way to do this than a paper towel. You just need to lay out each flatbread on paper, alternating them with each other. If there is too much oil, then repeat the procedure.

With their help, you can remove excess fat from meat. Thanks to its excellent absorbent properties, not a trace will remain of it. In fact, it is paper products that are indispensable when frying a steak, when you want to get a crispy crust - they are used to blot washed pieces of meat.
