If you think about whether it is possible to drill concrete with a metal drill, the answer should be positive. It is quite possible to use a drill for working on concrete. But not every tool is suitable for such purposes. You can only use a model that meets several requirements at once:

  3. Ability to work in hammer drilling mode.
  4. Depth control option.

  4. Periodically, the drill is moistened with cool water to protect it from breakage and your eyes from dust coming from the concrete.
  5. You can also put an ordinary plastic cup on the drill to prevent the spread of dust.

There is no doubt whether it is possible to drill into a concrete wall with a drill. The tool is suitable for these purposes if it has sufficient power.But you shouldn’t use the device often for such work. A hammer drill is well suited for dense materials. In this sense, an electric drill is suitable only for one-time work.
