Can I connect a printer to my phone?
There are several ways to connect from a smartphone to a printing device:
- Via direct connection: wireless network, cable or bluetooth.
- To connect via Wi-Fi, your printer must support this connection.
- We see an identical situation in the case of Bluetooth.
- To do this, you will need a special cord and a Host port.
- Using a PC or laptop as an intermediary giving commands to the printing device.
Whatever method you choose, in any case you will need to install special software on your smartphone. Otherwise, the printer simply will not be able to recognize the print command.
