1. First, you need to lay the laptop on a cloth to take measurements. You will need to cut some of the material 1.8-2.2 cm wider than the PC.
2. Cut two pieces for the outer part of the bag, then cut the blanks from the seal and lining.
3. Taking into account the required length of the handles, cut two strips 4-6 cm wide for each.
4. After sewing the internal elements, try them on the laptop.
5. If an internal pocket is required, it will need to be sewn on now before the sides are sewn on.
6. Sew the outside.
7. Connect the side elements.
8. Install the zipper.
9. Secure the handles.
