Causes of problems and ways to solve them

Poor sound quality.It is influenced by several factors. First of all, the design of the headphones. You can’t expect studio sound from “drops” for 300 rubles.

The next factor is the Bluetooth version. The newer the version, the newer the technologies it contains. For example, the headset provides CD-level sound using the AptX HD codec. But to enjoy it you will have to select the appropriate smartphone.

And of course, the music you listen to influences. The higher the bit rate of an MP3 file and the less compressed the file, the better. In general, if you want good sound, don’t skimp.

But if you can get used to the average sound over time, then interrupting the composition is very unnerving. After a few pauses, I want to take out the old, time-tested wired ears.

Why do interruptions occur?

As practice has shown, it is not possible to identify the exact causes of interruptions - everything is determined empirically.The characteristics of the Bluetooth protocol itself allow devices to communicate within a radius of 10 meters (modern versions are slightly larger) in a line-of-sight zone. The range is affected by any obstacles or interference. This affects the quality of sound transmission. Let's give examples.

It is not recommended to use the device:

• Near a Wi-Fi point, computer, microwave oven, refrigerator. All of these devices can interfere with the transmission of sound waves. It is also recommended to turn off all extraneous Bluetooth devices. They affect the quality of the received signal.
• Listen to music on a device that is in your shirt pocket, trouser pocket or bag. In this case, the signal is interfered with by your body, which is an obstacle. It is recommended to keep the device as close to the headphones as possible.
• Separate the sound source (smartphone) and headphones with a wall or closed door. As the distance between them increases, the quality deteriorates and pauses appear.
• Placed in a case made of dense material containing metal parts and fittings. This can also disrupt reception and cause interruptions. Do not use such thick covers.
• Use broadcasts received from the Internet. In this case, the sound transmitted to the headphones depends on the quality of the Internet connection. The quality may further decrease as the volume increases. It is recommended to download the music first, then listen. Set the optimal sound for yourself.
• Play large files, high quality files. The transmission of such compositions may affect the connection, and therefore the quality of their playback. It is recommended to change the sound quality, select, for example, not 320 kbit/s, but not more than 128 kbit/s.
• Work simultaneously with several devices that use Bluetooth. They interfere with each other and increase the load.Disconnect devices you are not using.

In addition to these methods, rebooting the device or connection can solve the problem of audio interruption. Before doing this, make sure that the battery level is sufficient.
