The LM 7805 chip converts the current into the required format. Capacitors are installed for harmonic filtering. Electrolytic capacitors with a breakdown voltage of 30 V, others - 55 V. The most important thing is to correctly observe the polarity of the elements. It is also not recommended to connect the microcircuit at high voltage, as it will overheat.
Reference! It is best to make separate power switches for the low-frequency amplifier, connect the jack to the amplifier stage. This is how you can use an amplifier box from an electric guitar. It is not prohibited to equip the system with an aux connector at the same time.
Do not forget that the low-frequency amplifier becomes very hot during operation. The microcircuit must be located on a large aluminum radiator. By the same token, the required element can be used from an old music center: you need to find the most loaded key.
Wires go out from it to the speakers. The tracks on the chip can be traced with the naked eye. Now we need to determine what voltage was used in the old device in order to assemble it into a common design:
- Most likely, the factory equipment was designed taking into account generally accepted rules.
- When there is overvoltage, this can be heard through the sound distortions formed by the meander. Any piece of music performed in this way is similar to trash rock, this can be easily determined by ear.
- The element base of modern devices can support almost all signal ranges.

Microcircuits make it possible to play many formats, including from a flash card. The cost of most microcircuits is in the range of 1500-2500 rubles. and comes with a remote control.
Attention! Amplifier chips can be purchased at the store; it is possible to separately set equalizers and other elements of the speaker system at the same time as adjustment knobs. This makes it possible to assemble acoustic conglomerates according to your needs.
The MP 2896 embedded microsystem is being discussed today. There are many others on the market. The advantage is a large assortment. The old audio system needs to be used wisely. Today there is no need for cassette recorders; the 2 decks below are removed simultaneously with the amplifier heads and other unnecessary elements.There should be a radio with a CD player inside. By the way, the latter can be replaced with a DVD player.
Instead of decks, you need to install several broadband speakers, so you get a kind of boombox. The advantage is an attractive appearance and ease of adjustment. The design already contains a power supply. Old music equipment did not have USB connectors, so you need to install a card reader. Main characteristics of MP 2896:
- Power supply variance ±0.30 V.
- Power supply +5 Volts.
- Connectors MU2F, MU3F.
- AUX, USB input ports.

- 4 equalizer adjustments.
There is a remote control included. That is, you get a system with a voltage of 5 Volts, reading flash drives, receiving radio, passing sound through an equalizer. You just need to add a low-frequency amplifier and speakers to assemble a functional music center.
I assembled something similar in a quantity of 4 pieces. We used cases from uninterruptible power supplies and fragments of the top cover of system units with a width of 203-206 mm. Background. There was a need to have a device that reads flash, CD cards (I like to listen to audio books on long winter evenings) which - if only the receiver had more or less decent sound. From what they were offering us, I realized we couldn’t get anything worthwhile. And then the thought came: what the hell? I bought a diskless radio PIONEER MVH-180 and off we go. You need a transformer with an overall power of 50-100VA and a voltage at the output of the rectifier and filter of 14.4V, a battery compartment (I used AA batteries) for 12V to power the radio’s memory, a socket for external. antennas, connector for speakers (rear ones are used), network chip, headphone amplifier on a chip and a 6.3 jack. The front output of the radio works with the built-in speakers from the TV. There are photos and a diagram, but I don’t know how to post them.
There were men left who did not move into apartments. They want good equipment with high-quality sound to work next to the barbecue. The decor on my speakers has even peeled off, but I still turn it on and listen to this wonderful sound, both highs and lows. Even my wife understands the sound quality.
The children listen to the iPhone, it’s easier for them to understand, and they always ask me to mute the sound of my speakers.
