1. Chipboard. The most affordable material, which will not be difficult to purchase. The cost is also quite affordable. The finished structure will not distort the sound, and since the material is light in weight, the acoustics will be quite light.
2. Tree. You can use any type of wood, however, pine or oak are best. They create good sound and have an attractive appearance.

You will also need:

• Hacksaw.
• Speakers of the required diameter and with the required characteristics.
• Rings for fixation.
• Synthetic down.

When all the necessary materials have been prepared, you need to decide on the dimensions of the future structure and take measurements.

REFERENCE. If the speakers are placed in the trunk, the best option is a size of 30 cm. When installing speakers on a shelf located behind the rear seats, speakers 15 cm long are sufficient.

The assembly proceeds as follows:

• It is necessary to cut out all the parts from the prepared material using a hacksaw.
• In the center of the blanks, cut out holes corresponding to the diagonal of the speakers.
• The rings need to be glued to the structural parts.
• Several partitions should be made inside the case that will fix the bass reflex.
• Make several connectors for the terminals.
• All parts must be connected and fixed using screws or glue.
• Place fluff inside the product.
• Install the finished speaker in the prepared place.

To give the product a finished look, it can be coated with varnish or paint. If you want to make the details more original, you can make them from different materials.

Assembling the speakers with your own hands is quite simple. The cost of such products will be significantly lower than that of ready-made store options.
