The gamepad is considered very convenient for gaming, since the joystick has vibration and analog joints. But this function often fails and needs to be checked.

4. We need to look for the Vibration button, located on the front panel next to Mode. If you press this key, the gamepad vibrates, which indicates that the device is working. Remember, by pressing this button we turn the feedback on or off, and vibrations appear in both cases (lasting about 2 seconds).
5. Drivers need to be installed. They should be on the boot disk. If they are not there, download them from the Internet. The application must contain programs with registry files and device calibration and debugging. Some devices contain programs that allow you to check the calibration of the gamepad.For example, by pressing a combination of buttons, various sounds appear along with a vibration function. If the latter are present, the device operates normally.
6. Now you need to check the compatibility of this game and the joystick. Devices can be new or outdated. There are no external differences, the algorithm of their operation is different. There are no problems with older games, but modern ones require new devices that are capable of creating the necessary functions. The joystick may be fine, but it's just outdated. Only buying a new device will help here.

If the function on the joystick has disappeared, the problem may be related to the drivers. Try updating them. If this doesn't help, buy more modern equipment.
