Is it possible to return an electric razor?
At home, you discover that the purchase does not meet the quality requirements or decide that you simply bought the wrong thing. An electric razor you don't like can be returned to the store, but this will not be done not easy. The store will not refund your money if the item has already been unpacked or used. After all, an electric razor is a personal hygiene product and, moreover, is a technically complex device.
In some cases, a refund occurs if you find a scratch, crack, manufacturing defect or other deformation. HTo return money for a defective electric razor, you must present a receipt to the store no later than the 10-day period established by law. Even if you don’t have a receipt, you can still exercise your right based on recordings from surveillance cameras and witnesses’ additions.
For low-quality goods, the store is obliged to return the money paid within 3 days after the buyer’s request. Also, it does not matter whether the electric razor has been used if we are talking about a defect: the razor produces an unpleasant odor, noise, overheats, works slowly, does not turn on, has chips, scratches on the body, etc.
When contacting a store for replacement or return of low-quality products, you must present passport, warranty card, sales receipt or confirmation of people.

One of the advantages when purchasing a product is the reliability and rating of the store. If you bought a low-quality product from a large, well-known chain or online store, then you have a better chance that your request will be satisfied. Large retail outlets will easily replace a defective product or refund your money. If the return department does not take into account the fact of a malfunction, you can take the electric razor for examination yourself, pay the costs and prove that you are right.
Despite the consumer protection law, there are a number of reasons why you may be refused a refund for your purchase. To avoid getting into an unpleasant situation, try to ask the store in advance whether the planned purchase falls into the category of goods subject to replacement or refund. In other cases, the product is returned if you didn’t like it, you received incorrect or insufficient information from the manager, or the purchase turned out to be faulty or defective.
ANDPlease note that there are no returns on technically complex items once they have been corrected. This category includes large-sized products, cars, motorcycles, airplanes, helicopters, tractors, walk-behind tractors, snowmobiles, goods with an electric motor, household appliances, refrigerators, televisions, computers, washing machines, dishwashers, digital equipment, cameras, etc. As an exception, the seller can make concessions by exchanging the goods or returning the money.
