• blockage in the sewer;

• kink in the drain hose - it must be inspected along its entire length and carefully straightened.

Do not confuse error e20 AEG with e21. They are similar, but differ in that E21 indicates a wider range of reasons. They also indicate problems that make draining difficult or impossible.

In this case, the device cannot cope with rinsing and spinning the laundry, which is why it comes out with foam and wet.The reason is related to the drain hose. To solve you need to perform 2 steps:

E40

Error e40 AEG is displayed on the screen simultaneously with 4 beeps or 4 blinks of the indicator. The causes of the malfunction are related to the following points:

1. The door is not completely closed - it needs to be pushed in until it clicks. Or just open and close again.
2. It also happens that a piece of clothing gets caught between the glass and the seal - it needs to be removed before starting the program.
3. If there is a lot of laundry in the machine, the AEG error codes will be similar, i.e. e40.
4. It is necessary to check the child safety lock (if there is one). It is switched using a coin or other flat object.

But if all the described methods did not help, and the errors of the AEG washing machine are repeated, the reason is due to a broken door lock. Then you need to call a specialist or do the repairs yourself.

If necessary, clean the filter on the pump and make sure the water intake hose is clean.Finally, you need to inspect the fill valve and, if necessary, repair the winding.

The machine can produce other codes, but they are less common. Sometimes the reasons can be quite serious, and repairs cannot be avoided. In this case, it is recommended to contact a special center, since in the absence of skills, independent repairs can lead to other breakdowns.
