What is a bubble system in a washing machine and why is it needed?

The bubble system is a wash that produces numerous balloons. They interact with the fabric and clean it much more effectively even in cold water. Thus, we can say about the bubble system in the washing machine that it is an innovative approach to washing that allows you to get better results with minimal electricity consumption.

How does the bubble system work?

Bubble washing is quite simple. The difference from the usual process is due to the formation of a large number of air bubbles. They are formed thanks to a special mechanism installed under the bottom of the drum.

Air flows are forced into the tank and pass through numerous small holes. As a result, bubbles are formed that penetrate the water and come into contact with the surface of the fabric.

They immediately burst, causing a pulse of energy. It is this that accelerates the action of the detergent, as well as the removal of dirt particles. Therefore, washing goes faster and more efficiently. You can say about bubble washing that it is a procedure reminiscent of a jacuzzi. But in this case, the balloons are much smaller, and much more of them are formed.

You may also notice that washing with bubbles is somewhat reminiscent of boiling laundry. But in the latter case, the material is exposed to high temperature, which inevitably spoils it sometimes even after 2-3 treatments. However, technology with bubbles, with the same efficiency, has virtually no harmful effects.

Advantages and disadvantages

The bubble system in the washing machine has several tangible advantages:

  1. First of all, the quality of washing improves. Improved results can be achieved without additional effort, i.e. using the same powder and conditioner. The difference is easy to notice if you wash your clothes in a bubble machine and a regular machine.
  2. Washing works well even in cold water, so parts wear out less.
  3. Thanks to this, the bubble washing machine saves energy.
  4. Clothes even made from delicate fabrics do not deteriorate. For example, woolen items do not shrink much, and the fabric itself lasts much longer.
  5. The device not only washes clothes well, but also rinses them efficiently.

There are also disadvantages, among the main points the following can be highlighted:

  1. The machine is larger in size because it contains an additional device. A bubble generator in a washing machine is a special element under the drum that pumps air currents for more efficient washing.
  2. The system is demanding on water - it should not be hard, otherwise bubbles will be produced in very small quantities.
  3. The cost of devices with a bubble system is higher, but it provides many advantages, including savings on electricity and wear of parts.

Bubble washing is indeed more effective than regular washing. It foams water well and enhances the impact of powder particles. In addition, the balloons “work” in a gentle mode, although in terms of effectiveness they are close to the boiling process. Therefore, devices with such washing can be definitely recommended for regular use at home.
