The robot vacuum cleaner does not wash the floors: reasons

Why did the robot vacuum cleaner stop cleaning the floors?

The main factors causing the problem may be:

Dirt in fluid supply holes

If you notice that when moving and cleaning, the vacuum cleaner has stopped wetting the cloth with water, check the level of passage of the holes for its supply. They can become clogged with dirt or dust, as well as long hair or animal hair.

To resume normal operation of the device, you will have to thoroughly clean everything and put the robot in order. At the same time, wash all the filters, dust container and brushes. Be sure to dry it naturally.

The rag is unusable

It is possible that the cloth used to operate the device has become worn out and is no longer capable of performing cleaning functions. Most models come with a second rag, which is easy to replace yourself. Or contact specialized stores where they will select an alternative option for you.

Malfunction of the water supply mechanism

Only a qualified technician can identify this problem by conducting a full diagnostic of the household device. Replacement should also be carried out at a service center so as not to damage the technical components of the vacuum cleaner.
