First, let's deal with indicators of the area of ​​all possible elements.

  • To determine the cross-section of the riser, you should stay from 5 to 6% of the main indicator.
  • The flame tube is equal to the riser.

  • The external chimney is larger in size by 1.5 to 2.

  • The drum is 1.5 times larger than the diameter.
  • Its coating is 2/3 of the full height.
  • To determine how much the riser indicator is, it is worth starting from the viscosity of the flue gases. Of course, the longer the length, the better. However, we must not forget about the special gaps (=70 millimeters) that should be between the tire and the edge of the product.
  • The cover of the bed is determined by the drums. If it is 600 mm, then the outcome is 0.25 of the main diameter. In the case when it is 300 mm, then 0.5D.
  • The chimney from the outside must be at least four meters.

The meaning of the remaining elements of the system:

  • Drum coating thickness = 1/3 of D.
  • The length of the fire wire is equal to the height of the riser.
  • To designate a secondary ash pan, you need to calculate 5% of the original volume of the drum.

  • Having chosen the desired power, remember the burner cross-section: for 25 kW - 120*30, 32 kW - 140*30, 50 kW - 150*30, 80 kW - 200*30.
  • To find the area, divide the diameter of the inner pipe by two, square it, and multiply the resulting result by Pi (3.14). Next, round the number.
  • To determine the outer double radius, it is worth taking into account the wall thickness, which is approximately 10 millimeters.

What is the optimal ratio of the dimensions of the components of a rocket furnace

Remember that the length of the section that is in a horizontal position should be half the distance of the vertical zone. To prevent gases from entering the first of them, it is advisable not to make the opposite section short. In addition, to maintain an efficient system, it is better to adhere to the vertical pipe length parameters of no more than one meter.
