- raisins - 150 g;
- cranberries - 50 g;
- nut kernels;
- thick jam from apricots or any other fruit.
Manufacturing process
- Pour the yeast with warm milk (about 40 degrees), add 0.5 tablespoon of sugar and mix thoroughly. Beat eggs and sugar.
- Add 0.5 cups of flour to the container with the diluted yeast and knead. Cover the dishes with film or cloth and place in a warm place for an hour.
- Pour hot water over the raisins, let them swell, and after a few minutes drain the liquid. Rinse, place on a towel and let dry. Roll raisins in flour.
- Put a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, sour cream, softened butter, and sweet egg mixture into the risen dough. Mix all.
- Sift the flour thoroughly. Stir with a spoon until the dough forms a ball.
