4. The contractor's responsibilities are related not only to the execution of work, but also to the acquisition of materials, as well as responsibility for their quality. The Contractor must perform all the work listed in the appendix with high quality within the established time frame. In addition, he undertakes to prevent unauthorized persons from entering and to monitor compliance with safety regulations.
5. The customer’s responsibilities are to provide the work itself and ensure that the facility is ready for them to be carried out.The contract estimate for the work obliges the customer to timely accept the work and pay for it in full in accordance with the prices indicated in the application.
6. The next paragraph describes the procedure for delivery and acceptance of an object. This fact is confirmed by signing a separate document, which is also included in the appendix.
7. The contract for repair and construction work contains a description of the procedure for resolving disputes and terminating the obligations of the parties to each other.
8. If necessary, you can include the “Special Conditions” section. This indicates the obligation of the parties regarding non-disclosure of information that became known in the course of work. You can also specify a condition on the possibility of concluding an additional agreement (if it is necessary to carry out work that was not initially planned).
9. Details of the customer and contractor, signatures with transcripts, seals of organizations.
